Greenspun Hall 2008 Greenspun Hall, the LEED Gold-certified home for UNLV’s College of Urban Affairs, reconnects the campus with the city along Maryland Parkway. Anchored by a tower and a shaded, elevated courtyard beneath a photovoltaic canopy, the 120,000-square-foot building fosters community while embracing the desert climate. Its tawny brick and red sandstone facades, sustainable systems, and energy-producing canopy create a vibrant, environmentally responsive hub for learning and collaboration.
