​The dormitory includes forty-eight student rooms, four faculty apartments, four common rooms, and three classrooms—offering both community and academic space in a setting that feels at once timeless and newly tailored to today’s educational life.

Povero led the design team responsible for this project while a lead designer with RAMSA.
